Join a registered yoga teacher at the library for a class that will have you moving, stretching and breathing as you prepare for the rest of your day. Bring a mat if you have one, there will be limited mats and props available to borrow. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes. Please arrive five minutes early for your first class.
This class meets Tuesdays at 10am, and is open to everyone, ages 13 and up. Those under 18 will need a parent or legal guardian. Each participant will need to sign a waiver.
