Cooking Matters: An Informational Cooking Series! - Rescheduled Class

Cooking Matters is an informational and cooking demonstration series promoting healthier cooking! Participants will learn about cooking, meal prep, grocery shopping, food budgeting, and nutrition. Prepare to be hands-on!

A health educator with Clemson SNAP-Ed will lead the class and share something new each week.  Join us for a fun series!

Participation in all six classes is strongly encouraged but is not required.
