About Bookmobile & Outreach Services
The Bookmobile takes the library beyond our walls and into the heart of the community, making it easy for everyone to discover books, resources, and services. With our new, more accessible vehicle, we’re able to reach even more neighborhoods across Anderson County and expand where the library can go.
Our collection is thoughtfully curated for all ages - from large print titles for adults to sturdy board books for early readers. We make regular stops at senior living communities, daycares, and other local destinations, so browsing, borrowing, and returning materials is always convenient. Plus, free Wi-Fi is available at every stop. As we continue to grow, we’re excited to bring the library experience to even more corners of the county. The Bookmobile abides by the same policies and Patron Code of Conduct as the entirety of the Anderson County Library System.
