Come learn about famous comic artist George Herriman and his art style, and learn to draw in his unique way! George Herriman is known as one of the founding fathers of the American Comic Strip. His comic strip Krazy & Ignatz and Krazy Kat would lay the groundwork for more experimental and unique forms of expression in comics that are still being studied to this day!
The Artist Highlight is a series of programs hosted in the Electric City Makerspace where an artist is studied and their style is replicated to fully understand their process and technique.
