The Artist Highlight is a semi-monthly Makerspace program where we study an artists style and try to replicate it ourselves. This time we are having a special Mini Makers Edition for ages 9 and up! Parents are required to stay with children under the age of 16.
Tove Jansson is the creator of the Moomin Trolls as well as a writer and illustrator of many books and comic strips. See is known for her creative and colorful style. We will be designing and naming our own little creatures after a short presentation on her work and reading from one of her Moomin stories.
