Celebrate all things wellness at our Health and Wellness Fair! Whether you're an artist or a journaler, art journaling is a great way to express yourself and work out any menty-b you might be having!
If you already have a journal started (whether it's arty or written) you're welcome to bring it to class and work out of it, or we'll get you started with a basic one that we love using for both!
