Foothills Community Health Care Registration Event

The Anderson County Library is partnering with Foothills Community Health Care! Foothills Community Health Care's Outreach Team will be at the Anderson Main Library signing up individuals for new patient appointments on their Mobile Medical Unit. Individuals need to sign up at this event to attend the Mobile Health Care Day on Monday, June 10. All of the needed paperwork will be provided for insured and uninsured individuals seeking care. The Outreach Team will be available to assist patients with filling out their paperwork, and will also be assisting individuals in obtaining Medicaid/Medicare/Marketplace/SNAP applications and connecting people to any resources they may need.
